Range hood cleaning
1. Clean the smoking machine while it is hot after each use
Adhere to the daily cleaning of the hood on weekdays to save the trouble of cleaning at the end of last year. After each cooking, let the hood continue to run for 30 seconds to 1 minute, to extract the remaining fumes, water vapor and unburned carbon monoxide in the air. outside the house. While there is still residual heat on the range hood, wipe the surface with a rag, you can easily wipe off the oil stains on the range hood, and always keep it clean and not greasy.
2. Do oil-proof treatment before using the new range hood
Before using the new range hood bought, first sprinkle a thin layer of soap powder in the two oil storage boxes, and then add about one-third of the water. In this way, the recovered oil floats on the surface of the water instead of condensing on the wall of the box. When the waste oil is full, it can be drained and then processed in the same way. How is the body of the range hood oil-proof? Before using it, we can use a slightly damp cloth to dip the dishwashing detergent, do not add water, wipe the body, and wipe as much as possible on the fan blades. After it dries naturally, the detergent coating to prevent oil fume from sticking is ready. After a while, if the body feels sticky to the touch, it's time to clean the body. Due to the "protective coating" between the oil and the fuselage. Therefore, directly wash the fuselage with 80 ℃ hot water, and the oil will be washed off first. After the cleaning work, don't forget to apply the detergent on the fuselage again. It should be applied a little thicker, and the humidity should be controlled so as not to drip, and then cover the switch key with plastic wrap.
3. Cleaning of oil net and oil storage box
The oil net can be slowly removed with a screwdriver. After spraying the oil fume, put it in a plastic bag. After standing for 15 minutes, take it out. After pouring 80 ℃ hot water into the basin, carefully clean it with a rag. If the greasy dirt on the oil screen is very thick, you can also use a thin bamboo sheet to gently scrape off a part of the greasy dirt before cleaning. Put a layer of cling film inside the oil storage box. The cling film should extend beyond the oil storage box and completely cover the inner surface of the original box, so that the oil fume can be adsorbed on the cling film. . Or you can use the plastic pudding cup or paper cup after eating to replace the original oil storage box. As long as you replace it regularly, you can save the trouble of cleaning and not easy to clean.
4. Four tips for cleaning fan blades
Does the fan blade of the range hood have to be cleaned with "Fume Net"? uncertain. Although the oil fume net has strong saponification and emulsification ability to the oil stains on the fuselage and fan blades, after covering the table under the range hood with newspaper, spray the oil fume net on the fuselage and fan blades, and turn it on after a few minutes. The range hood uses the centrifugal force of the fan to remove the fume and the dissolved oil; wipe it again with a wet paper towel, and the cleaning of the fuselage and fan blades is done. However, oil fume net is a chemical product after all, and it has a certain stimulating effect on the skin and respiratory mucous membranes, so it is better to use it sparingly. Here are four "no oil fume cleaning" fan oil removal methods, you can try them out.
Step 1: Dishwashing liquid, vinegar soaking method. Carefully remove the fan blades and soak them in a pot of hot water mixed with 2ml of dish soap and 50ml of vinegar. After soaking for about 15 minutes, wipe with a clean rag. The body of the range hood is also cleaned with this solution. It should be noted that the humidity of the solution is kept at about 60 ℃, and the detergency is good. This self-prepared cleaning solution has been proved to be non-irritating to the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, non-corrosive to the range hood, and the surface still maintains its original luster after cleaning.
Step 2: Pressure cooker steam rinse method. Put half a pot of cold water in a pressure cooker and bring to a boil. When the steam is continuously discharged, remove the pressure limiting valve, turn on the range hood, and aim the steam water column at the rotating fan blades. As the high hot water steam continuously washes the fan blades, the oily sewage will flow into the waste oil box along the oil drain groove.
Step 3: After drying the brushed fan blades, apply a layer of office glue. After a few months of use, tear off the oil stains on the fan blades. All the oil stains are stained on the glue layer. clean.
Step 4: First spread newspaper on the stove, turn on the switch of the cooker hood to "preheat" the fan blades for two minutes, spray detergent on the fan of the cooker hood, turn off the cooker hood, let it stand for three minutes, and then put it on the cooker hood. 60 ℃ hot water is sprayed into the fan of the range hood, and then the switch is turned on to let the dissolved oil drip into the oil storage box to complete the cleaning.
